We're Almost Done...

So as of today, I have nine days left at my job in the Office of Admissions on Spring Arbor's campus.

That means that not including weekends, I have fifteen days left of summer. I'm not completely sure whether I am excited about this or sad to see it go. For the most part I'm super excited. I get to live with my best friends.

Kelsey, Angie, Madee and I will be living in a suite together. Delta 211 & 212. Emily, Kip, Abby, and Krista will be down the hall in Delta 215 & 216. Arielle will be on Delta 1. One of the things that I am most excited about is being sort of a mentor to an incoming freshman--Sarah Crowl. Her dad works at C. E. with mom and she is moving into a village on campus!

The saddest part of leaving the summer behind is that I've just spent the last couple of weekends with my family, and I've had so much fun with them. SO MUCH FUN.

I have been working on taking Ali's outdoor Senior Pictures this summer, and if I may say so myself, they look great. It's not hard to take great pictures when you have a wonderful person to photograph =) Its hard to grasp that it is my baby sister's final year in high school and I'm not going to be there for it. I will be around, she will hear from me though, I need to get her to come to Spring Arbor, both to visit, then ultimately to attend! She would love it, I just know it!

So just a breakdown of what the rest of my summer looks like...
This week, work every day until three p.m.
Tomorrow, Kip (Jennie Kueppers) is coming down to Spring Arbor from Mason to visit, we will be rollerblading around campus, even and especially if, it rains.
Thursday, Madee and I will be going shopping, it is shirt week...our wonderful idea of breaking down school shopping into weeks, somehow it has saved me money.
Friday, meeting most of the girls in Spring Arbor for dinner (Abby, Madee, Krista, Angie, Kelsey, Kip). Then Angie and Kelsey will be staying the night with Madee and I and we will have a pre-roommate sleepover. It will be the first time all of us see Angie since leaving school in May!!
Next week, last week at the Admissions office
next saturday, most likely training for my new job at Jackson Coffee Co.
The following week (Aug. 31-Sept 4), maybe some training at the coffee shop, but relaxation for most of the week
Sept. 4, head home to go thru stuff from college
Sept. 6, move in to our room on campus with madee and kelsey.
Sept. 7, help all of the freshman move into dorms
Sept 8, Angie moves in
Sept. 10, classes begin!
